THE MISSION

In it’s 25th year, the mission of Taste of Pikes Peak is to bring together restaurants and industry suppliers to promote the Pikes Peak Region’s restaurant and bar scene while raising funds to support Colorado Restaurant Foundation, ProStart programs in regional high schools, and the operations of the Chapter.

Our approach is to create a fun, interactive event for guests to sample from and become familiar with local restaurants, watch culinary and bartending competitions, and sample wines, beers and spirits from local, national and international purveyors. The event is the largest food event in Southern Colorado and the main fundraiser for the Pikes Peak Chapter of the Colorado Restaurant Association.
