The 26th Annual Taste of Pikes Peak
The Pikes Peak Chapter of the Colorado Restaurant Association’s (PPCRA) annual event Taste of Pikes Peak has been canceled this year due to restaurant participation.
The event was originally scheduled for Sunday, September 11th from 11am-5pm in the parking lot of the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Museum. Although the PPCRA secured location and funding, restaurants around the Colorado Springs region are struggling with staffing issues and are still recovering from COVID-19, not having the bandwidth to participate in the event.
This decision was made in an effort to keep restaurants afloat, while also ensuring customer satisfaction from the event. The PPCRA is dedicated to the enhancement and success of Colorado’s food service industry.
Taste of Pikes Peak will be postponed to 2023.
